- Wegmans Food Markets, the family company that ranks #6 on the FORTUNE list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, is now hiring and training full-time employees for its first store in Connecticut. Located at 675 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk, the store is scheduled to open in summer 2025. Wegmans plans to employ approximately 500 people at this location; the majority of employees will be new to the company and hired locally.

- Wegmans Norwalk is a 92,000 square-foot supermarket featuring an abundance of choice, the best ingredients, thousands of organic options, restaurant-quality prepared foods, and consistent low prices. The company operates 111 stores along the East Coast and has more than 53,000 employees chainwide.

- But in order for us to make this happen, we need dedicated team members to join us and help with the grand opening and beyond. We'll be hiring and training employees NOW to join our family!
