What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with:

- Law enforcement or military law enforcement experience
-
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Technical proficiency (CCTV systems, Microsoft Office)

- A valid driver’s license
- - License to carry/operate firearms in accordance with state and local regulations

- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field

- Experience in EMS, First Response, or retail loss prevention

- Possession of current HR218/LEOSA credentials
Why the License Matters
Our Asset Protection Officers are often the first responders in high-risk situations. A license to carry ensures you’re prepared and qualified to act decisively when safety is on the line. While this requirement is not currently listed in our job descriptions, it is essential for candidates applying to these roles.
