• How do I search and apply for jobs?

• Will I receive a response to my application?

  We’ll send you an email to let you know when we have received your application. If you’re selected for an interview, a recruiter will reach out to you via email or text message if you’re opted in. To sign up for text alerts click here, sign in and visit “Candidate Home” to update your contact information and enroll today.

• Can I track the status of my application?

  Yes. You can view the status of your application by logging in to your account here (Links to MyWorkdayJobs site) Sign In, click “Candidate Home” and then view the ‘My Applications’ section.

• Is there more than one interview?

  Our hiring process typically includes two interviews. However, this may vary depending on the position & location.

• Will you let me know if you are not moving forward with my application or if I’m not selected for the job?

  Yes. If you are not selected to move forward through the hiring process, we will let you know via email. Please check your spam email.

• What is the minimum hiring age?

  At Wegmans, the minimum hiring age is fifteen (15). However, due to labor laws in the various states where we operate, some roles and shifts may require you to be at least sixteen (16). Each job posting indicates the minimum age requirements in the job details section.

• What do I need to know for my interview?

  Our people are the heart of Wegmans. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for food and love working with people. Come prepared to discuss how your work or school experiences support the job you’re applying for and share examples of teamwork and incredible customer service.

• How do I reset my password on my candidate home account?

  If you need to reset your password, click on My Account & sign in. From there select “Forgot Your Password?” below the login and follow the prompts.

• How do I update my contact information on my candidate home account?

  Once you have logged in to your career account, click on settings in the upper right-hand corner to update your information.

• What should I do if I am locked out of my candidate home account?

  Your account will automatically unlock in 30 minutes. If you need immediate assistance or continue to have concerns, please contact the hiring location.

• Why do I need to verify my email?

  The security of your information is important. Verifying your email helps to protect your information and uphold our data security standards. In addition, this ensures you are receiving all communications with important updates and information regarding your application.

• How do I verify my email?

  After creating an account, you will be sent an email. You will need to log into your email and click on the link. If the link in the email is not working, copy and paste the link into your browser.

• What if I did not receive the email to verify?

  The email may take up to five minutes to receive. Be sure to check your spam emails. To ensure you entered the correct email address, click create account again and re-enter your email.

Interview Scheduling

• How will I know I’m moving forward in the interviewing process?

  If your application is moved forward in the hiring process, you will receive an email, or text message if you’re opted in, notifying you of a task to schedule your interview online. Our electronic scheduling tool makes choosing a location, date, and time quick and easy! • What if no dates or time work for me?

  If you don’t see an available date or time that works for your schedule, please reach out to the hiring location.

• I can’t make the interview date and time I scheduled online. How do I reschedule?

  If you need to reschedule an interview you scheduled using the self-schedule feature, navigate to your Candidate Home Account. Select your appointment from “My Scheduled Events,” then follow the prompts to either cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note: Wegmans offers a one-time courtesy reschedule. Please reach out to the hiring location with any questions.
