Heegan’s career didn’t follow a straight line — and that’s exactly what made him a stronger leader.

 

After posting for a Produce Team Leader role early in his career, he received feedback and a different opportunity instead. Rather than stopping, he leaned in — gaining Profit & Loss exposure, leading new teams, and building the foundation that later helped him step into larger leadership roles.
