Our open kitchen showcases the best of every season with a one-of-a-kind guest experience unlike any other in our area.

Can you explain the unique connection to Wegmans and why that is so important as an employee?

Growing up in WNY and in Rochester, Wegmans was a part of daily life here in our area. The unique and lifelong memories forged at Wegmans have cultivated a perception of warmth, consistency, and a feeling of safety in an interesting way.

Wegmans is like that staple; the sure thing you know is going to be great and will surprise and delight anyone who you introduce it to.

I recall always wanting to bring out-of-town family and friends to Pittsford Wegmans to showcase something that not only was I proud of, but something that truly and genuinely reflected what it was like to be a Rochesterian.

Quality of life is first and foremost a critical positioning for me as a leader within the organization. Being a nearly 20-year veteran of the hospitality and restaurant industry, having that balance has become increasingly important to myself as well as others in the field.
