- As a Team Leader, you’ll:

• Lead daily store operations and serve as a key point of contact across departments• Open and/or close the store on a rotating schedule• Support front-end operations and manage customer flow• Coach, train, and develop customer service team members• Deliver Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees• Partner with store leadership to solve operational challenges• Participate in special projects that strengthen teamwork and culture
