Training & Preparation for Success
Employees hired before the grand opening will receive hands-on experience at an existing Wegmans location. Off-site training will run through August 2026, with hotel accommodations and mileage reimbursement provided. Training locations will include our four Greater Raleigh Area stores in Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Wake Forest.
