At Wegmans we’re invested in helping our team members succeed, and we offer an array of resources like the Wegmans Scholarship Program to do just that. Since the inception of the Wegmans Scholarship Program in 1984, Wegmans has given out $130 million in scholarships to more than 42,000 employees. The program gives up to $2,000 per year for four years (a maximum of $8,000) to part-time employee recipients, while full-time employees and Management Interns can receive up to $4,000 per year for four years (up to $16,000 total). There’s no limit to the number of scholarships awarded each year, and award recipients can pursue any field of study from an accredited college.
