Our Burger Bar at Wegmans offers customers a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant experience with a menu of gourmet burgers, sandwiches and salads which are cooked fresh to order. As a coordinator, you will prioritize the work of others to ensure great-tasting food is available for customers to enjoy, while educating our customers about the exceptional items available to order. If you have a passion for food, being part of a fun and dynamic team and are looking to develop your skills and talents, then this could be the role for you!
What will I do?
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions about products and offer menu suggestions
- Work with team members and lead them to serve customers in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner while providing a positive dining experience
- Increase knowledge of culinary and beverage offering by connecting with team leaders and department managers in the store
- Assist in coordinating the activities of team members, ensure tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently and the department runs smoothly
