At Next Door our mission is to provide incredible service and a one-of-a-kind dining experience for our guests.  As a part of our team of Servers, you will work with the other front of the house staff to anticipate the guests every need, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in taking and delivering orders.  You will demonstrate true hospitality and give guests a reason to return through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.  If you would love to work in a fast-paced, inviting, lively atmosphere, this could be the role for you!

What will I do?

• Deliver incredible service to guests by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at every table and serving in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner
• Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the culinary and beverage offerings; be able talk about menu items with guests in a manner that creates interest and enthusiasm while promoting offerings by utilizing suggestive selling techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multi-faceted food service facility, including restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, casino, theme park, etc.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of food and beverages
• Experience with a restaurant point of sale system, such as Micros or OpenTable
